Props to Allen! Friendly, welcoming, and willing to make menu suggestions and ultimately help me customize a great smoothie.... Sorry smoothie king but the menu is way too loaded with added fruit juices extra sweeteners etc. that are needed. Let the magicof the fresh fruit and veggies work for us. You don?t find a lot of young kids like Allen giving such a great customer servicethese days. I hope the company takes good care of this young man! Read more

I love Smoothie King, but if your website and Google maps says the store is open until 10pm, then you should be open until 10pm.... I stopped by at about 8:15pm and the store was closed (3/21/2022). If you close earlier than 10pm the times need to be fixed onyour website. Read more

Once again I am disappointed. Yesterday, i went there. The lady first did not take my order correctly and made a wrong... smoothie. When i requested that?s not what i ordered she started to argue and not listen. Finally after back and forth I got ahorrible smoothie and paid $12 for a horrible experience. The owner has expanded and stoped paying attention let the brand namegetting ruined. the order takers do not make it right. When the owner Linda is there she makes it right, but some new employeesare set in own ways and don?t even listen. One kid who works their is very rude and had to make it 3 times and still did notmake it correctly. He did not want to follow what kept on requesting. Read more

I came in on 11/3/21 with some coworkers to grab a few smoothies. The employee was in the back and took her time coming to the... front (older Latina woman). When she came out she was slow in taking my order and when I went to redeem a coupon for a smoothiesample she asked which of the two I wanted. I stated that I wanted the regular orange and she asked which of the two I wantedagain. She then started to act like I was annoying her and rolled her eyes when I told her that I just wanted the regularsmoothie. This is unacceptable. Especially when I am a regular customer who in part pays her wages. If you don't want to work ordon't have any customer service skills then you shouldn't work in customer service. Read more

I seriously believe that this company needs to rename themselves "Watery King" because that's truly all I ever taste. Their... smoothies are incredibly inconsistent. Mind you, these are not cheap smoothies and I pay $7 sometimes 9 dollars per smoothie. Ibasically use to come everyday to get the same thing, 32 oz Caribbean Way. I even started adding extra Papaya to hopefully tastemore of the ingredients but that doesn't help at all. You might find an employee that knows how to make the drink correctly butfor the most part I always have to ask them to remake it & sometimes its better than the last but still not right. I might stillcome on Fridays but definitely not everyday anymore. Read more

Went there a couple of weekends ago with my husband and granddaughter. The blonde guy, Jon I think, spent 10 minutes explaining... the different smoothies and their benefits...he was very patient and knowledgeable On top of that, my granddaughter was eatingcookies and made such a mess. We tried to clean it up but he laughed and told us not to worry about it and that he would cleanit up. GREAT customer service, GREAT employee and by the way, a FANTASTIC smoothie! I always love smoothie king. They are fast, and the quality Is about the same at all locations. I get the coffee smoothie it's... great if you have not tried it try it. I add peanut butter and bananas to my mocha coffee smoothie. Read more
