I?m a local customer of the shopping area where the smoothie factory is located and I?m happy to support local businesses.... However today y?all lost me and my family of customers. Tried again for the second time today, first time the smoothie was goodthe service was horrible but I decided to try again since it was an older lady and maybe she was having a hard time completelyunderstandable. Today we entered the store nobody greeted us nor even looked at our eyes while we were ordering from the menu .When asked about the watermelon festival poster we barely understood what she said due to the attitude and under the toneexplanation. First time in here and it wasn?t bad but I paid $10.99 for an açaí bowl and it tasted like freezer burned fruit. Then they... chopped up this sad looking banana on top of it. Didn?t taste fresh and that is important to me. Read more
I?ve always enjoyed coming here for the smoothies and great customer service. And the grand reopening did not disappoint. In... addition to the smoothies and customer service, the atmosphere was electric. The updated decor was inviting and afforded me theopportunity to sit and enjoy my smoothie versus just getting it and immediately getting back into my car. Bonus points for thekiddie cup!!!! Last Saturday I dropped in for the grand opening at the Smoothie Factory in Richardson. I'm glad I did. The customer service... was on point. I didn't know what to order so the owner gave suggestions based on what I like. I ended up ordering the TropicalSqueeze with a shot of bee pollen. The smoothie was REALLY good and had a smooth consistency. I will definitely be back! Read more
I don?t live in that area but I was passing through and decided to have a smoothie instead of my usual junk choices. I was... greeted immediately upon entering the store. That?s an important part of providing service. The store is clean and there were afew customers but it didn?t take long. Making fresh fruit/veggie smoothies takes time at home so I would expect it take timethere as well. I wasn?t sure what I wanted and the employee asked me what I was looking for/trying to accomplish and my tastepreferences and offered suggestions. I stopped by this smoothie store on my way home, because I needed a healthy choice, and it was perfect. I ordered an Acai bowl... and I enjoyed it. Not too sweet and the right amount of macro nutrition that my body needed. To add to it, the service wasawesome. Nice staff and quick service. I will definitely swing by again for another acai bowl. The employee didn?t know how to swipe my gift card and after I insisted to call someone for help three times he finally came... over and got it through. He didn?t even apologize for the inconvenience or making me wait 30 minutes. Read more
