Is good. Got the classic double combo. The burgers meat is juice. The fires is fresh and hot. Is good.
Slow service... around 30 min wait for two burgers with fries. Out of tea... burger patty was small, over cooked and fries come... unseasoned with no salt or pepper on the table and condiment area was out of salt. Restaurant was not clean and not very busy. Read more
Went a couple years ago and tried again this week. My son loved the brisket burger, spicy chicken strips and onions straws. I... had a single cheeseburger and onion straws and both were good. Would have been better to eat there by the time I got homeburger was a little soggy and I heated onions in air fryer. Will go again but rather eat there while it's fresh. Read more
We have not been to Smash Burger in so long. I forget how much smaller the burgers are compared to the pictures. At least they... are super flavorful and yummy. I tried the limited time burger and it was very satisfying. I just wish size-wise it was larger.Glad I at least got a double patty one. My wife tried the avocado burger and she noticed it was missing the avocado and whenshe pointed it out to the store manager, he brought some avocados to her. only other issue was the food taking a very long timeto prepare and bring to us. This smashburger location in Richardson Texas was amazing. The employees were incredibly polite and courteous and went out of... their way to be helpful and make sure you had whatever you needed. The smoked brisket bacon burger was nuts it was ridiculouslytasty and more gourmet than I had expected. I came in for a quick bite and didnt have that long of a wait time from ordering to getting my burger. Ordered the Smoked bacon... brisket burger and absolutely enjoyed the rich flavors that complimented each one. Waited 30 minutes for an order of wings because somehow my order never made it to the kitchen. Only 2 other customers in the... store and was lied to and told that wings just take a long time to cook and then watched the kitchen staff yell at the cashierbecause he messed something up and they had to cook them super fast. I had to get them to go and was late getting back from anhour lunch break. And on top of all that I paid $24 for 12 wings. Read more
