Mixed opinions for this location. It seems as if this is a special or flagship location. The architecture and interior is... beautiful and unique. Unfortunately the upkeep and service don't match the appearance. Even though the play area is closed 3times a day. It still has soot and grime that is still present. We ordered food on the mobile app and entered our table numberto be delivered to the table. After waiting 15 minutes I approached the counter and our food was sitting there getting cold. Iasked why the food wasn't delivered they stated the table number 120 doesn't exist. (See my picture). So here we are.. cold foodand not the experience we were expecting from such a nice location. **Edit. Service was immediate and very pleasant. I got my food inside 5mins and it was fresh and hot. My fry order was an appropriate... amount of fries for a small. My food was brought to me at my table. They do not have a drink kiosk directly available to theguests and that is very undesirable but I was able to get a refill without any problem. Everything about my visit was 5 star butthat store still needs to take a hit for no customer access drink kiosk! Read more
So I visited the Beltline store and I am very disappointed. When I arrived at the drive through, the attendant didn't even... welcome me or anything. He says "what will you have". Is this the new normal now? Then I wait at the window for 10 mins while aline of cars pile in behind me. The guy at the window was helpful but kept saying waiting on fries. So finally got my meal andthe fries were luke warm. I ordered a double quarter pounder and cheese and I got a cold uncooked patty in a single burger. Iincluded a pic of the burger. I mean really??? 1st time inside this location and I must say I am impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. My wife and my 3 kids have... been here for about 1 hour and a half in the playground area. The staff has been doing detail cleaning the whole time I've beenhere. I don't know if it's like this every day but today is a Tuesday and they are working on every detail. This is the one of the nicest McDonalds that I have been to. It might even be the best looking Mcdonalds in the Dallas area and... that might not be an overstatement. The inside is styled like an upscale bar lounge and there is also the coffee bar which isstyled nicely too. The appearance of this store is the main reason I am giving a 5 rating. The chairs even have cushions. Ihave never seen this in other McDonald's that I have been to. Read more
Didn't expect what I saw when I went into this McDonald's. Very modern design and impressive in every aspect. I ordered the big... breakfast, sausage gravy biscuits and a large orange juice. It was all nice and hot and very delicious. Read more
