Grew up eating at this location and not a darn thing has changed from the horribly angled drive thru to the grungy inside. It's... hard to find a long John's these days so when I visit the parents...I tend to pop by every now and again for a guilty greasycrunchy fish n chips. While I've never met a square fish...LJ been surviving them since I was a little guy so they much knowsomething I don't. Again...the staff was awesome...will be back! Read more
My husband and I ate here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was amazing and we felt like we were eating at someone's... house. The food was great and we ordered the lobster bites per their recommendation. THOSE ARE DELICIOUS!!! The manager at this place was awesome, my food was hot and fresh and most importantly my order was correct. The restaurant... looked clean and smell fresh. Not a single table was dirty. All the employee's polite and went the extra mile. I will beback! I even rang the bell on the way out. Read more
I stopped by for lunch. I was welcomed as soon as I came in. I ordered the Super Sampler Platter which comes with popcorn... shrimp, a chicken plank, fries, hushpuppies, coleslaw and that wonderful fish. It's a lot to eat and all so good. Cindy tookmy order and brought out my platter and even checked on me to see if everything was tasty. The store was clean and bright andthe decor was fun. They have a tradition at LJS you may not be aware of: if the food and service are good, ring the bell nextto the door on your way out to let the staff know. They alway say "thank you" for that.
