My gf loves burgers and I'm vegetarian so when naturally Liberty Burger's an option when trying different restaurants. I ordered the Napa burger with fries and a drink. Came out quickly and super fresh. The patty had a nice char and paired well... with the cheese and onions. The onions, arugula and tomatoes were all perfectly ripe with a nice crunch. Read more
I visited this fine burger place when visiting Dallas on business. The staff were super friendly and the food was insanely... tasty and satisfying....all that for a reasonable price too. If I ever venture down this way again, I am returning here againfor a second meal. The Big "O" Onion Rings are calling me back to Texas. Highly recommended! Read more
This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity yet complexity of the menu. They have classics... and they have the crazy ones too, so something for everyone! We tried the chillerno and the lamb burger and the sweet potatofries! The chillerno felt like a regular burger with the queso and poblano pepper. The lamb burger was the star! I loved thatthe most and will definitely go back there for that! It was so juicy and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were crispy and sowell seasoned! A new family favorite when visiting the in-laws. Everyone loved their burger and the sides were really good as well including... the skinny fries, onion rings and sidewinder fries. Had the liberty burger and added cheese and bacon. I ordered with a pink center and added onion rings. To drink I had a... Petticolas Velvet Hammer on draft. The burger was perfectly cooked and all the fixings were fresh. The bun was buttery and didnot detract from the burger at all. The onion rings were also perfectly fried so that when I took a bite the onion was alsobitten clean through and didn't come sliding out of the batter all at once. The burgers here are good and there's a variety of different options including the impossible burger. I ended up ordering the... standard Liberty Burger, and it was pretty good! This restaurant also has outdoor seating options as well. I will mention thatI went a couple months ago, and I do remember that the cashier/workers weren't wearing masks even though delta cases wereskyrocketing at the time. Line was long when I got there. However, it got to my turn faster than I expected. I ordered Chillerno with 2 rings of onion... ring Burger is generally good. Beef is moist. However, the bun was too soggy. Onion ring is a tasteful big ring. Today I cameback for lunch. I order Napa with 2 onion rings. It's better burger. Bun is not soggy. The green olive is a bit bitter. Onionring. I enjoyed the meal today better than the last time. Service is good. Read more
