**This review is based on the service only, we didn’t have the chance to experience the food.\nMy husband is from Bogota so... we were extremely excited to try a new Colombian restaurant. Based on the reviews I thought we would have an amazing experience.We patiently waited in the front and sat ourselves. Two people who worked there made eye contact with us and didn’t bothergreeting us, smiling or telling us to sit. We then sat for another 15 min while the server looked at us several times anddidn’t bother greeting us or at least walk over to tell us that she’ll be with us shortly. She was doing this to mosttables except a big party that was close to the kitchen. She only seemed to cater to them the entire time and couldn’tmultitask. There was an elderly couple that sat before us and she hadn’t even bothered to take their drink order. I’m surethey were there a lot longer than us. Everyone looked annoyed because they were trying to flag anyone down to get refills, etc.it seems extremely unorganized. My husband suggested that we leave and go Eat Salvadorian food in the same strip mall. Sodisappointed because I really wanted Colombian food. Sad that they don’t care enough to at least offer the basics when itcomes to decent customer service.\nI’ll change my review if we ever decide to give it another chance\n\n**Thank you to theowner who cared and took the time to respond. Im glad this place was open, close to work and lunch specials Tuesday-Friday and portions are generous and great, great quality... food!. Soups take me back to my childhood growing in Cali, Colombia. Hope to taste their line up of lunch special thisweek.\nlocation looks a bit off from outside but super clean and remodeled inside.
