Have not been to a Krispy Kreme in ages, decided to go to the one right next to Starbucks. Pretty disappointing. Made an order for delivery. The donuts I received were obviously old (except the standard glazed donuts which were fine). The... biggest issue I had was that the cinnamon rolls in the order were absolutely RAW. The dough could be pulled like taffy. This wason every single cinnamon roll. When I attempted to call the store and have the issue rectified the only thing I was told was"Well unfortunately there's nothing we can do in the store since it's an online order. You'll have to go to the website and usethe contact page". No apology for sending food that could make people sick. No effort to try and fix the issue. Justindifference and passing the buck. There is simply no question that Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are a step above all others and this one was no exception. The store was... clean, staff members were polite and cheerful, and their bathrooms are also clean. The iced filled donuts are truly somethingspecial! Regular glazed are good, but the blueberry is something really worth tasting, these babies melt in your mouth! Ate waytoo many. So many choices to make. All were good! Read more
Went when the hot light was on to buy Donuts and to let my kids get a free Donut. The doors was locked so we went through drive... thru. Waited almost 30 mins for hot Donuts that never came and the lady tried to charge me for the 3 free Donuts I was supposeto get. Donuts looked deformed and tiny. Very greasy and nasty. They need better customer service as well. I'll drive to adifferent location next time. Read more
