Waited 10 minutes while they filled a couple of of pickup orders ( third party service drivers waiting too). When I finally give... my order, he says it will be at least 15 minutes to make more Original. They had also just run out of Crispy (no time given) andthey were out of Pot Pies. So they had NOTHING I came in for. This was at 5:45 and you?d think they would have extra chicken onhand for the dinner rush (not to mention no Pot Pies). I went to another KFC (which was awesome). I order a 2pc mixed meal with a crispy breast and crispy thigh w/ strawberry drink and what I received was 2 thighs one that was... so crispy it tasted like I was chewing rocks and the other half cooked and was soggy when you bit into it. My fries were coldand not fresh like it was there since the day before. And the only good thing about the meal was my drink cause I was superthirsty but was served with no ice. DO NOT GO THERE nor place orders online. This place is nasty and not reliable at all. I placed an online order, and everything... was wrong; it was a different order, so obviously, there were missing items. I called the store, but the line was busy; if thereare any issues with your order, you better be ready to go to the location. Going there is as bad as their services. The placesmells horrible!!! The soda machines are nasty. No one inside the store wore a hair net. There was this guy with a huge afro,hair all loose, handling the orders; the manager was the same. Okay so I will be completely honest. This location has received a complete overhaul, that was very much so needed. I have not... been inside since then. But I will say the piece of chicken I bought for a quick snack the other day, was by far the best pieceof Kentucky Fried Chicken I have had since the Carolina Tenders ( please bring these back they are the best thing i have evergot from Kentucky and miss them so. But the mashed potato bowl needs some work. The potatoes were so thick they choked me, gravygravy, cheese, butter, something. Thanks for that chicken leg though. Management/owners are complete aholes and their ineptitude is outstanding. They put a very passive aggressive sign up stating... they are hiring, in reality, management is showing how moronic they are and how no one should work at this KFC. I went today (Nov 29. 2022) asked for halal chicken and manager said this location doesn?t serve halal chicken. I showed him... online information about location in Richardson he said this location use to serve halal year ago but not anymore He also saidhe will call to confirm if he has right information. After his call he did repeated that it?s not halal food at thislocation. So we left without buying kfc I really think that owner should buy some signs and post it at his locations toeliminate this conversation.
