Unfortunately last time I?ll be ordering from here. Orange chicken was soggy, I requested sauce on the side and they wrote a... note saying that because they changed the chef they can?t put the sauce on the side. How does that make any sense unless thechicken is just sitting there already cooked? also alarming that my Uber driver picked up the food and dropped it off all withina 14 minute window. Not particularly great food. Steamed chicken dumplings and fried beef dumplings both tasted bland with a hint of dirty dish rag... smell. (That odor you smell when staff are wiping tables around you with a heavily used rag). The sauces for both wereindescribable. I've never tasted anything quite like them, and not in a good way. The shrimp fried rice had no shrimp in it. TheUber Eats menu is a little deceptive - ordered what I thought were two orders of several egg rolls per the picture, it wasexactly two egg rolls. For a long distance delivery the food remained hot! Food ordered are simple yet tasty, and the kids loved them. Only removed... one star because the reviews suggest the customer experience is inconsistent, and the owner's response feels combative. Feeling absolute disgust by my visit to this restaraunt. I pass by it every day on my way home from work and thought I might... give it a shot. for starters, the dining area is a mess and very dirty. second, I had to wait 5 minutes for the lady in thekitchen to come out and take my order, who is apparently working in her pajamas. Horrible staff and they never pick up their phone. Instead, they complain about not having enough workers. This has been going... on for 2 years atleast. EDIT: I like how u didn?t have time to answer the phone when I wanted to place an order, but all of asudden you had time to call me about the review insisting I delete my review. Please don?t take my criticism personally and dowhat you need to do, even though you know I didn?t make a peep when I came in to place an order (there was a guy ahead of meplacing an order who can be my witness). You need to check your orders before they go out. Beef with string beans usually contains beef in it. Everything else was good... but we weee disappointed in the lack of beef. Read more
