I went inside to order. As I got home ALL 3 of my sandwiches were missing stuff. I don?t understand how either because I was the... only one in the store. I paid for extra bacon, asked for onions and extra oil/vinegar and I didn?t get any of it. Asked forpeppers & oil/vinegar on another one and didn?t get it. The last sandwich I asked for no tomatoes and I got no lettuce instead.They also didn?t cut them in half when I asked (something minuscule). I work nearby so I have frequented this JJ's location for lunch. I would say I've probably ordered here over a couple hundred or... so times. The amount of times I had my order either not made when it was scheduled or messed up in some form or another isprobably greater than the amount of times they've made it correctly, at the time I scheduled it for. Every time this happened, Isort of took it on the chin as they were usually understaffed, however, today I reached my final straw when they, yet again,forgot to make my order. Finally got back to my workplace much later than I anticipated due to the mess up, and opened mysandwich to find rotten and brown lettuce. No exaggeration, this was probably the worst lettuce I'd ever seen, and they put iton my sandwich, after making it 10 minutes after I was scheduled to pick it up. I went back to the store to ask for a refund, asby this point I was already so frustrated that I didn't really want them to waste more of my time remaking it. Still trying tokeep my composure, I waited for the people in line to order so as to not make any kind of scene. I get up to next in line, andend up standing there for another 3+ minutes while the (presumably) new employee tries to change out the receipt paper (with mestanding right there, literally the only person in line!). Eventually, after watching them struggle to understand how a roll ofpaper fits into a printer for over 3 minutes, I finally just asked for the shift lead/manager to process my refund. The personwho said they were the manager never apologized, or asked how they could make it right, or anything (keep in mind the rudestthing I'd done up to this point was ask for the shift lead while the cashier was preoccupied changing the receipt paper). Ihave given this location a LOT of attempts to improve themselves, and yet, I am frequently surprised by the ineptitude of theemployees. Straight forward, timeless sandwiches served here that you'll always want...without the hoopla and multi-million ad campaigns... like their competitors. My new found lunch place! Update: About five months in, after I wrote the first review, I'm stillhooked on their sandwiches! Read more

Going down hill. Walk in no one behind counter. Uniformed employee in corner eating. Couldnt be bothered to say "someone will be... right with you". The guy that came out after 3 minutes just mumbled at me. Couldn't break $100 Fill up my drink... allfoam. No straws... Could have told me that before i got a drink to go. Read more

Somehow no matter how early I order something online, it never gets completed before I get there. I always have to sit at the... drive-thru waiting as they are confused on whether I ordered something online or not. Read more

Great service and great quality food. I've never had a bad order or experience at this location. Sometimes the parking out front... is scarce, but you can always go around back and then there is plenty of up front parking. Read more
