11/26/22 Second issue in a row with this store. Charged $18.49 for food but when I arrived at 316pm signs on doors indicating... they were closing at 4pm despite arrived 45 min before closing. No indications on app to indicate store was closed or doors werelocked. Charged for food not served. Store was closed inexplicably today during normal business hours. No explanation or noticeto customers. Doors were locked and no personnel were inside. Find another store that respects their customers. Additionalnote: I read the reviews and quite a number of the reviews indicate poor customer service issues, poor quality control, but mostoutrageously, how does a sandwich shop run out of bread so frequently? That's a sure sign of a poorly run business if you can'tadequately plan for your anticipated business traffic. Get someone in this place who know how to run a business, please. None ofthe other businesses in this area seem to have these issues. Read more

Placed an order and they called and said they could not deliver it because their drivers car was acting up so he went home... early. Decided to go up there myself and order and they had closed early. I doubt the drivers car was messed up. They justwanted to clock out early. Read more

I always do carry out and they're always fast and nice. You get exactly what you order and the sandwiches are delicious and... filling. They fill that sandwich up! Been to too many JJs that were skimpy with the meat. Read more

Placed an online order and they ran out of wraps, so the order was canceled. They haven?t refunded my order after a week of... waiting and now there?s a new charge I didn?t authorize! Called the store and the manager actually REFUSED to get on the phone(I could hear him!) and said I had the wrong store because they never ran out of wraps. Are you kidding? What a joke of alocation. I just changed my 5 star review to a one star. This location has just gone bad. I?m not sure what happened?. Maybe a new GM?... Anyway it now takes 30-45mins to get a sandwich. Jimmy Johns if you lose the fast delivery then what?s the point? I missed mywhole lunch break waiting on you guys and this is the final time it will happen. This store has refused to correct mistakes on sandwiches on several occasions.... They won't even get back in touch a majority... of the time. Edit: I'm pretty sure the owner can see this just fine. Read more

This Jimmy johns left my food on the ground in the hot Sun for almost an hour. I wasn?t notified that my food was her by... knocking on or ringing the door bell. Also I?m the app it didn?t say it was delivered. When I called to complain the worker hungup in my face. When I asked for them to come get the food and give me a refund the manager refused. This same Jimmy johns alsobrought me a sandwich with someone?s hair in it as well. May want to use the one on Campbell. Read more

This Jimmy John's has all the "freebies" including sprouts! Some of there locations don't offer sprouts and to me that's what... makes the sandwich. The photo I post is the number 13 with all the freebies and is a vegetarian sandwich, and is one of myfavorite veggie sandwiches Read more
