Just order the tuna sandwich, these guys are very skimpy on the tuna ???????????????????????? That sandwich minus well had been... the veggie sandwich, these guys are lucky I had some where to be, or I would had went back and demanded a refund. Normally good, but today at dinnertime it took forever to get our sandwiches. Also the bread was extremely burnt and bitter on... the bottom, where it's actually a pain to bite through because of how hard it is. Picture of burnt bread attached. Read more
Was not happy that I had a reward for 8" sandwich but I got the slim for free instead of the 8". You need to just say free... sandwich if you are not going to stick to what the actual reward is for. Read more

Freaky SLOW Ordered a sub which took 10 minutes to prepare. Only 1 other customer in the store, also waiting for his order. 2... employees behind the counter, then 3 more employees walked in the back door. Finally my sub was ready. UPDATE6/8/2021 Upgraded to 2 stars. Past few in-store visits have been very quick and no issues. However, my online order today wasmessed up. #4 was labeled as #9 and vice-versa, so I unwrapped the wrong sub that I intended to set aside for my wife forlater. Ordered 2 bags of chips, received zero. Called the store and they are going to deliver when they have a driveravailable. Read more
Revised review: went during times that were shown as open (9:30pm) on a Wednesday and they were locked and told me to go away. ... Both their website and google shows it should be open. They decided to close early on their own. Excellent Jimmy John?slocation. If you haven?t had jimmy johns then go check it out for a quick sandwich or try the delivery. Food: just as expected,bread and veggies were fresh and prepared expertly. Service: fast and friendly for it being near closing time. Food wasprepared in a matter of seconds. Worst experience ever. Was not greeted, just stared at and the customers that came behind me were treated the same way. These... guys were more concerned with playing around with the food (throwing food into the sandwiches and laughing about it) than payingattention to making the sandwiches. They didn't put the dressing in the bag, that I paid extra for. The sandwiches were allwrong as well. We will definitely never return. Read more
