The manager IAN at this location was very disrespectful over the phone so impatient with my order and got frustrated and passed... the phone to someone else who had no problem taking my order. My first time ever trying this place and I was met with a very rude staff. One guy refused to say anything to me or even... acknowledge me. He just stood there looking out the window and the second helper(guy with a lazy eye) was making meuncomfortable. He had to come in to help because of the first guy refusing to interact with me. Nice place to eat, relatively large space for seating. Got the original italian in giant and it was delicious. The only problem... is the price. I would assume the comparison most people make to this place would be subway, and I think that's a fairassessment. The giant sub is 15 inches and cost around 16 dollars. At subway, you can get two footlongs for that price. Whilejersey mike's sandwiches are in my opinion better, for the price you can get more at subway; most notably, two footlongs easily. Read more
