Absolutely Exceptional Service! Ms. Linda was the best server ever! I love her personality and how she constantly made sure we... were taken care of! The salad bar was fresh and well kept. I decided to go to Jason's Deli today and to my surprise I got screamed at for standing by the desert case so unheard of!There... was a two ladies standing at the register, but the older lady was on the phone taking an order. The other lady appeared to bebusy as well, only to walk pass me twice and not acknowledge me as a customer. So, when a gentleman stood behind me because; weboth were waiting on customer service, the lady appeared to be busy raised her voice at me in a ugly tone. I asked her was sheokay. She then tries to play it off, by saying I lost my voice and then expected a tip! Let me be clear! Custom service iseverything to me! I tip fairly well wherever I go, but this was situation with the lady who appeared to busy. I wouldn't dareleave a penny behind! Read more

It?s been awhile since I had Jason?s Deli, but I remembered the veggie wrap and seafood gumbo combo I loved to order. To my... surprise the wrap is no longer on the menu, but to have the manager who was at the counter say, ?no worries, we can make thatfor you?, made me soooo happy!! Just another reason I love them! Jayson's Deli itself has good food, quick service, and a clean restaurant. My visit was October 31st around 7 p.m. A family of... 5 with a toddler came into eat with their "pet dog" on and off of the leach and nobody said anything. Furthermore, while thefamily was eating they allowed their child to crawl barefooted on the booth and table next to them, again nobody saidanything. I understand that it is not always easy to maintain order, however, a little nod from management might have helped. Read more
