Me and my fiance stopped by here on 8/23/22 to get breakfast with our newborn. In our order his French toast sticks were hard.... All the drinks from the machine taste more like carbonation. What topped it off was the workers were racial profiling usassuming my fiance was Spanish or Mexican. He is a mixture of multiple races NOT including Spanish or Mexican. I am AfricanAmerican. One of the workers that assumed my fiance was Spanish or Mexican said that that race needs to stay within their race.She was being ignorant. Saying I must treat my fiance good just because I'm African American. Very rude and racist. Read more

Really love Jack in the Box as a franchise, it's the only fast food restaurant that's open even after 1 AM that is near UTD.... Walkable distance from Canyon Creek and a great place to grab a quick bite for those midnight projects and hackathons. Read more
Nice thing is that they are 24hr and their burgers and breakfast menu are amazing. If you want tacos though, only get tiny... tacos. Its just the way JITB is but you get like no meat to your tacos and mostly lettuce, whereas the ratio is better for thetiny tacos. Read more
I always go through drive thru unless if my friends and I want to relax. Some of my best memories made with this place and by... far one of the best Jack's I've had. Service is always forward and prompt, this one manager lady I've seen for the longest isvery direct and will be sure your order is out.
