Ordered: French Toast combo, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Crepe Combo, and two Mac and Cheeses. Pictured below is the very burnt... hashbrowns we recieved, and the mac and cheese that was in weird plastic packaging. The bacon is undercooked, and all the foodis cold (except the mac and cheese, shockingly). I know the cold food isnt the delivery driver's fault because we live about 10minutes from this IHop and have ordered delivery before, and its been warm. I also ordered pick-up last week, and the food wasstill very warm when I got home with it. I dont appreciate the quality of food I recieved for the amount of money I paid. Only issue is parking that is not very clean. Need some pothole repairs. Staffs are great! Food is up to the standards.
Very nice staff. We had an amazing server. Very quick and accommodating service. Food was delicious. Location was modern and... clean. My kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed their kids activity menu. Is located right across the street from a movie theater,so it's a cool place to start family day at. Read more
Writing this review while finishing my lunch here at this IHOP. After our not so great experience at another location in Plano,... I was hesitant to come here today. We were just passing by and my 6 year old wanted to eat at IHOP after her dental appointment.So my 3 small children and I stopped by. I was so glad I did! The moment we stepped in we were greeted with friendly smilingfaces. Ms. Cici has been so fantastic at her service. I rarely receive this kind of service at most restaurants. The rest of thepeople here are very friendly. We will stop by more often! Read more
