We?ve been going this chain for literally decades and this specific location for a couple years. For whatever reason, recently... the service has become terrible. The food still tastes good, but the last 4-5 times we? e been it takes forever to get yourorder and I?ve had items missing or incorrect multiple times. We love the sandwiches but at this point it?s just not worthwaiting 25 minutes to get a few subs. Read more
This Has to be absolutely one of the worst customer service ever experienced at a restaurant? if you?ve got an hour to sit there... great I was the first person in line today to place an order it took them 35 minutes to give me my order I felt sorry for allthe cars behind me?. The worst experience ever. Drive thru took 30 minutes and the staff was so rude! We sat in front of the window to pay for 15... minutes before someone came over and we almost just drove off and went to jimmy John?s instead and now I?m really wishing wewould have just done that instead. The lady that handed us our food didn?t say a word and gave us such a rude look I almostthought she spit in our food. Shame on me for continuing to visit this place. They have never made a my order of mine ? or my friends? or family?s orders ?... right. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Well, this place should shut down for good. Horrible staff. Longlines, apathetic workers, sloppy sandwiches, and it?s mind-bending because the sandwich options are numbered and have simpleingredients. So delicious I forgot to take a picture! My husband had the philly, added bacon and chipotle Mayo per employee suggestion and it... was amazing! I had the croissant club which was fantastic as well. The bread was perfection! The customer service was great aswell. Definitely coming back! Read more
