Ordered for delivery: margarita pizza, Greek salad and spaghetti with meatballs, plus a side green salad. Order arrived missing... both salads, I called right away and was offered a refund for the salads or to have them made and sent out right away. I askedfor them to be made and sent out right away, to which the reply was “let me see if we can do that, I’ll let you know in 10minutes.” Ten minutes later the phone rings and I’m told they’re actually out of stock and can’t make any salads sothey’ll refund me for the salads. At this time I tell them that the pizza is missing all but one topping and they replied theywere sorry and would tell the kitchen. It is 24 hours later and I have not received any refund. Zero stars (food preparation cleanliness and customer satisfaction aren’t great)! Went there Saturday night at around 13:45... am. There was literally no other customers. We ordered a chicken Shawrma wrap and falafel wrap. Here’s why everything was badand we left before eating: - It took 25 mins to get the food ready. Really? Does it take that long time to prepare two wraps? -Luckily, i was able to see them while preparing it. The chief was touching his phone and preparing the food and then i saw thewaiter putting the fries on the side and a few minutes before, he was mopping and also was eating (putting his hands on hismouth obviously). They both didn’t wear gloves which means all the germs on their hands go to the food ???? Also, why is thewaiter participating in putting fries and not only the chief preparing everything?! - The owner and one another worker werediscussing and arguing and it got loud. Well, you don’t discuss serious stuff inside the restaurant in front yourcustomers!! You need to take food safety and cleanliness classes!!! Read more

I’ve been a professional cook for over 10 years and 15 years of experience in cooking. To be honest and straightforward the... pizza was terrible and I don’t think they should continue making pizza. Focus on a specific cuisine and make it yourspecialty. The middle eastern food was a 7.5/10 for me. It wasn’t anything special. Most people want to go eat out toexperience something different from home style cooking, I wouldn’t even call this home style cooking more like low basic stylefood. I would recommend enhancing the flavors of the meats and rice better, I would also recommend charring the meats to give agood Smokey flavor and texture. Maybe also smoke the rice and add a bit of flavor. I think the hummus could need a bit more loveand real olive oil. Everything else was the lowest basic grade possible. My favorite place to Have good organic Kababs beef chicken & lamb % 100 Halal meat his Hummus to die for even better than ONE...
