I couldn't even place an order. The lady that answered the phone on 9/24/22 at 3:30pm couldn't understand a word I was saying... and I was very clear and articulate with my address. Called a few times and she couldn't understand and she was the only one toanswer so I gave up on placing an order all together. If you can't speak or understand others speaking, don't have them be theones communicating with the customers. Read more
I have been a Domino's customer for more than 6 years and have always enjoyed their pizza, service, and price at any location I... have been too...except this one. I moved recently to the area and this is the closest shop to me. This shop is the one thatdelivers to my area and it took 3 hours to get pizza. It arrived cold and stale and the employees were rude over the phone whenquestioning our order. I received a free pizza as an apology so I came in for a carryout. I ordered 3 hours ahead of time togive them plenty of time to make the pizza and have it ready for pickup. When I arrived for pickup, I clicked the "I'm here"button on my phone to have it brought to my car but nothing happened after 15min. I went in to get my pizzas and they hadn'teven been made. I then had to confront the manager and spent the next 2 hours trying to get a pizza, while many people had comein and out getting their several pizzas. first time visiting Richardson, Dallas. I am a Domino?s pizza customer for along time; despite all the negative reviews;... therefore I want to tryout & I?m very impressed how on time this store is & the CS serving me as I?m entering the store. I had just moved here last year and ordered my first pizza from this location curbside. It was a good pizza, no complaints. Then... from there, it went downhill. From that point on, every pizza I got seemed to taste worse than before. Dried. Burnt. Poorly cut.The final straw was when I had it delivered. I left the gate code and building number in my order. He called saying he was atthe gate and needed the gate code. Then called again asking for the apartment number. Then called again asking to repeat theapartment number. Then called again asking for the building number. It took a half hour from when he was at the gate to when hearrived to my apartment. My pizza was cold, poorly cut (I had to cut again), and burnt. My pizzas was made perfect.. just how i ordered them . A lot of younger staff at this location.. Alot of chatting amongst the... employees while i was inside the restaurant to pick up.. Could of been more focused on the customer and less conversationbetween the staff.. Younger girl hair should of been pulled back in her hat and not hanging out over the food while topping thepizzas, no gloves were being used either and staff could of been more presentable in their uniforms, like tucking in theirshirts and pulling up their pants to their waist and actually tying up their aprons. Looked like there was no manager presenteither. Could use a bit of work with the young staff to coach them.. But all in all my pizza was GREAT!!! Read more
