Rude. Tried to make up a non-existent policy when I presented a coupon for a free sandwich. When I pointed out that the fine... print says otherwise, he backtracked. ???? I bought sides and a drink like I had planned to do anyways. ???? Got to my car,checked my sandwich, had pieces of foil in it (pic attached). Maybe where he's from, you can get over on people like that bybartering with non-existent policies, but not in America, sir! Drive the extra several minutes to a different location! I'd NEVER order from this one again. Food was very unsatisfying. Ordered 4 meats 4 sides, only received 3 meats, bbq sauce... wasn't what I ordered. I don?t normally leave reviews but this place was very disappointing. I will not be going back to this location. I have been to... other Dickey?s locations before and this is the first bad experience I?ve had. Poor quality food and service at thislocation. Where to start?well, I arrived exactly at the time my order was supposed to be ready - it was, but the food wasbarely even warm and two items were missing. The man at the counter did not seem to care and was too busy chatting with anotheremployee. Also, none of the employees that I saw were wearing masks. So then I got home and tried the food - it was subpar atbest - the brisket flavor was very bland, the ribs barely had any meat on them and it did not fall off the bone as it should,the pulled pork was dry, the mac n cheese was watery?.also, jalapeños were put in with my pickles and onions despite me notrequesting them which made everything spicy. As a side note, it would be really nice if you stopped using styrofoam containersand plastic bags - there are environmentally friendly alternatives and plus, it?s very cheap looking. Read more
Baked potato was not warm actually most of the food was not warm except the bbq sauce and the baked potato was super hard, also... the ribs had plastic inside. Terrible place the manager has an elderly doing most of the work while he sits and stays on hisphone. Would not recommend this place at all Read more
Staff was great, and the store is super clean. Food is lacking. Brisket had no smoke ring and was pretty dry. Turkey was not... very flavorful. Their sausage was decent. Sides were good. I may try them again later and see if black Friday was just an offday. Read more
