The staff were rude and the person did not wrap my burrito correctly. One side had just rice, and the other side just beans and... meat. It was not portioned correctly when it was wrapped. There was no napkins in my to go bag. The cashier gave me an attitudewhen I asked for the receipt. The person making the burrito was skimpy on the meat too. The person infront of me had the samecomplaint. Worst chipotle experience I've had. Avoid this location if you can! Read more
Food is always good. (Pick up) Orders have been mostly correct. Employee-guest interactions are okay, pretty neutral. The to-go... service is lacking. Online orders print everything (every line item you selected) which includes the option for utensils andnapkins. Take the option away if it won't be honored. The 4 oz side of queso is meant to be 4 oz and "serves 2 people." It isonly filled an inch from the bottom of the portion cup. It's easy to see from the lid that it's very empty. Managers ought tonotice, train better, or maybe it was a manager request. ??????????? I wouldn't buy a ($4.50) side of chips and queso againunless it was a full portion. $2.65 for the a la carte queso seems more reasonable (for less than 4 oz serving) if you don'twant chips. Two parts of our three part order were wrong. The veggie bowl was missing guac and looking at it?there?s hardly any fajita... veggies and it looks like someone ate from it already or it got dropped or something. (See pic). The chips were stale and wewere given pico instead of red salsa. Read more
We ordered online and used the Chipotlane. Only one car in front of us took less than 30 seconds, and we were on our way. Only... reason I didn't give 5 stars because the food was salty as hell! Great food, my issue is about online ordering. They historically have gotten my order completely wrong when ordering online,... usually adding Pico and Sour Cream to my burrito which makes it virtually inedible for me, even worse when you factor in most ofthese times were deliveries through their app but delivered by door dash, you can't just drive back up there and fix it, sotheir automated support just credits your account. I've had to get refunds and replacements multiple times as I've hoped itgiven them multiple chances and they never did get better with their online ordering (only for this location), so I've come toonly go to the beltline location when I want to walk in. I've had one close call when they reached for the Pico and I caughtthem. Other than their apparent obsession with adding ingredients I don't ask for the online orders, the food is as good as anychipotle and the store is clean. Read more
