I've had the same experience 2 days in a row, the same person took my initial drive through order; that should have been my red... flag. I order a salad, I get home and it's wrong, my fault for not checking my order. Today I order a cob salad, I get to thewindow and they say southwest west. The 2 salads do not sound the same, at all. I give the people at the window what I ordered,they repeat it back to me, and they ask me to pull around. Someone brings out my order only for it to still be wrong. So now Ihave to go inside for them to correct it. I give the lady inside the same order, she repeats it back, and now it's finally maderight. It took 15 minutes for a simple salad with at the back and forth. As I went up to the cashier to have him cancel theorder, it finally came out. Again this has happened 2 days in a row. What's the point of going through the drive through if I'mgoing to have to go inside anyway. It's honestly so frustrating. It's always fast here. The people are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I usually substitute the chicken noodle soup... instead of getting fries. If you go through the line outside it goes quick. If you go inside it goes quick as well. The guybehind the register had a huge smile, was extremely polite and wished me a great day. No one seemed frustrated to me and it wasa very pleasant experience. Read more
This location seriously made my day. While running on two hours of sleep because my partner thought it was a ?brilliant? idea to... bring our two huskies to camp out in texas weather (they ended up being way too hot and stayed up all night), this amazinglocation allowed me order my chicken nuggets while they were only servicing breakfast. And the meal came out hot and fresh andwaffle fries were the best I ever had (the right amount of crispy). Absolutely excellent service! Read more
I love, Love, LOVE Chick-fil-A! That being said, I just was not impressed with the mechanics of the drive-thru at this... location. Not only does it bottle-neck into one lane only for the pick-up window, but the workers tended to give those carswhich hadn't reached the window yet their food first...didn't seem the most efficient MOA in my opinion. I realize a secondlane is not feasible at this location on the pick-up side of the building, but maybe designate a spot by the front door forthose vehicles with those longer orders... Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Went there today to get a fruit cup and the fruit was molded. Last time I went, the fries were cold.... There Is always a wait in the line, and most of the food is never fresh. Read more
There is truly no better Chick-fil-A!! I mean look at this gorgeous specimen of a grilled chicken club sandwich. The bacon?... Perfectly crispy. The cheese? Melted to perfection. The chicken? Tender and juicy. The bun? Perfection. My experience from startto finish every single time I come here is seriously 10/10. People are nice, you can tell the employees enjoy each other?scompany, they?re quick and efficient, and it?s just the best. I live closer to the CFA on Campbell and 75 but choose to comehere because it?s just always a great experience. Read more
Colin Greer is the best worker here. He is kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful human being. He carries the whole... restaurant. When I arrive to this location Colin can be seen sprinting up and down the drive thru making sure every car getstheir order take quickly and their food served to them ASAP. Alongside that, Colin can clean the entire restaurant in under36.52 seconds. A world record. I give thanks to Colin but not the rest of the staff because the other staff don't doanything.
