I have been going here since the 1980s when it first opened at the Garland location. Burgers are awsome. Always fresh veggies. ... Best burgers out there however, the last few weeks they have had issues with their kitchen so I decided not to go to theGarland location. I go to the Beltline and Central HWY 75 location. Parking can be a problem. I hope they take care of theirissues at their Garland location. Read more

Before writing this review I read over some of the other reviews. The one thing everybody agrees on is that the food is amazing.... And that for sure has always been the case here with me. Some others have posted that the restaurant may not be as tidy andclean and that the food quality may be going down. But I do not attribute that to a bad restaurant. I believe it is more of thelabor shortage we are experiencing in the area. I enjoy coming to this place and realize that this may be a hard time for manyrestaurant businesses. But I will continue supporting this place not only because they have amazing food but because they are asmall company trying to keep up with the mega fast food chains. By offering quality food instead of fast cheap food in order tomake a profit. Keep it up guys! Read more

Not sure how this location can stay in business with such horrible staff. Just had to throw away a $9 "value" combo junior... burger meal because I am highly allergic to onions & some how the request of no onions means extra to the workers. Overpricedmurder attempt. Won't go back. Read more

Food is great and the employees are nice but you can't rely on them being there. I went at 5:40 on a Sunday and 2 cars are in... the parking lot but no one responded at the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes I drove up to the window and the lady saysthey're closed. There's no sign up saying they're closing early. Google has them closing at 10 p.m. and I called. No answer. The only downside is they will upgrade your fries and drinks without telling you to make extra money. Times are tough. The food... is AMAZING! Employees are kind. Highly recommend if you want a good burger. Read more

Very conflicting review for me, as this place is a childhood favorite, but lately quality is lacking, interior doesn't look... clean more often then not, soggy fries, sloppy presentation, and more recent price bump dont help it. With all that being said, when the food is done right... its delicious, plain and simple. One of a kind taste?... no!... it's just a lightly sated beefpatty that can be done at home. Even so, this is still many peoples burger joint, mine included. When comparing portion toprice, it's still pretty good in my personal opinion, plus saving the dishes and clean up ????. But honestly the sad truth isthat despite the inconsistencies on food quality here and there, I still end up going for a good old sweet tea for 1$. Largeplease!!! But just yesterday I was told I couldn't order a Large sweet tea, only small or regular!!! Despite the advertisingboard not saying any different. When asked, the kid said it was to keep a tally check on Large cups for other drinks... no ideawhat this means but I'm pretty sure that it is illegal. Well anyway, there is my conflicting review of a childhood memory slowlyrotting in plain view of its customers. Read more

This was my first time at Burger Street, I got the number 2 combo, a double meat burger. It was okay, the burger was big and... tasted fresh. It was $11.00 and I thought it was a bit overpriced. I do have to say that for that price, they do give youcurly fries instead of regular fries. Even though this location said they have a dining room, I wouldn't dine in again. It wasvery small and only had a couple of tables, it was like they really didn't want for anyone to dine in there. They do have adrive thru. Overall, the burger tasted like Dairy Queen's burger, but I'd rather go to Dairy Queen which is cheaper and has abetter dining room experience. Read more

Okay, first off, let me say that I love this place!! Growing up as a kid it was always a special treat to stop and get a... chocolate shake and curly fries. For some reason, what every they make their shakes with and fry their fries in, is special. This location is not my favorite, but they do pretty good. I have often gotten soggy cool fries, or a shake that was just "off".Burgers that are put together sloppy as if they are in a rush, and I would be the only person in the drive through. Outside ofthat, it has been a good experience. The restaurant is a bit dirty from time to time, and with the amount of down time I knowthe employees have, you think it would like sparkling clean at all times. I drive by 2 -3 times a day, 5 days a week at varyingtimes. They lost a star for cleanliness, and a star for sloppy and cold food. Read more
