Ordered Ghost Chili Whopper, Large Fry, 8 pc Jalapeno Cheddar bites and an Oreo Shake. Burger was fine but the Fries were all so... burnt I couldn't even bite into them (dark orange, not even a crunch, they were just stiff until they broke in half), they gaveme chicken nuggets instead of the Jalapeno bites, and Shake was so thick that I had to pour it into a cup and microwave it for30 seconds to get it to the point where it could barely travel through the straw. Each of these issues on it's own I would havebeen like "oh well, I have worked fast food before, I get it" but all 3 is inexcusable. Read more
Went to this location and they messed my order up. I complained to Burger King contact us and was given an apology and a coupon.... I ordered again and same thing happened in correct order and food was cold. I will not be going back. Read more
The fries were so soggy and old that after 1 bite, I had to throw them away. And the whopper was barely edible. BK food is... usually good, but it's very dependent on which location you go to. Don't go to this one. Read more
This location is different - go to the one off of PBTW and Jupiter, it's better. The lady at the drive-through told me to pull... my car up away from the window after I was done paying, mind you I was the only one in line. This location is deserted so Idon't know why that was necessary. I was very nervous to eat my food because I didn't know what was going on behind thatwindow.. it's so sad bc Burger king has always been my first choice over Mcdonalds and Wendys but this location isn't doing itfor me! Stay away from this place. Awful service. That employee if you can even call it that, made me scream my order and got it all... wrong. Even at the window I tried to get it's attention and it completely ignored me. Gave me wrong change, wrong order, mydaughter had a sever allergic reaction on the way home because they put pickled when I stated without and the receipt shows it.And they won't even answer their phone. Their manager should do something. Thank goodness I had an EpiPen with me. Stay awayfrom this place. Read more

Who doesn't enjoy the flame broiled taste of a Burger King Whopper? Lot's of people must because this place always has a nice... crowd and the drive through is BUSY! The food was okay, drive thru fast burger. This trip the stand out was the drive thru attendant. I was not getting my regular... order so needed information on the Whopper Jr. The attendant was knowlegable and patient, but more, he was still smiling andengaging when I got to the window.
