Need to be consistent in servings. Banna split had very little banana. They chop the banana up instead of 2 strips (whole... banana) and syrup toppings are meager, very little whip cream and forget cherries on top. This happened more than once. Kick itup a notch guys and gals. Read more

Used to like this place, my last couple visits have been bad, the actitud from the person in the window when you receive your... order from the drive through has terrible actitud opens window gives you the order (wrong one) and closes it without a word!The actitud is horrible like they really hate being there. Not sure if it was the same person both times but the actitud was thesame. When you say you got something you didn?t order, you get even worse actitud and don?t even expect an apology. After thisbeing the second time we had this experience we went inside to speak with the manager to fix our order (because was not fixed inthe drive through, they just acted like they tried) we realized that is the new culture in this location, no respect betweenemployees nor employee manager or viceversa, the place is dirty inside and unfortunately not worth our money any more. We ordered shakes, LG fries, bag of burgers, ice cream cones, and a lg tea. The cups were sticky with ice cream all over and... the fries were not full. This is not the first time the service is not up to par. We will not be visiting this location untilthey learn how to give customer service. Read more

Waited in the drive thru for about 30 min, didn't get any ketchup that I requested. Love the food but the wait just made it a... bad experience. Went at about 430 pm so may have been a shift change and they were short handed or something. Will try againto see if they change my experience. Read more

Best service in DFW. I always ask for my #15 meal to be fixed fresh. Others just throw a counter-ready meal back into the fryer... for a few min to appear fresh. This makes it come out tough & hard. This location had the nicest window person. He needs araise! AND - they actually made a thick shake & a Fresh Fixed chicken meal. This is an older location, but they have it RIGHTfrom window to cooking to service! Read more
