Braum's has food as well as ic cream but we visit Braum's regularly for desert. We love Braum's ice cream and we bring all of... our out of town guests there, as well, to enjoy a delicious creamy treat!! By the way, not only is Braum's ice cream deliciousbut it is cost effective as well! The servers were racist and gave me and my friends too much attitude. One of them couldn?t understand what we were ordering,... also she was sooo slow. Ice cream was too good. Good Place to go for a quick bite. But sometime the line could be too long and it takes a lot of time to... just get a single order. The Braum's here seems to be understaffed. The person before here had to literally had to wait for 10mins just for limeade. Read more

Wow that was awful. Walk in, it takes forever to get acknowledged by an employee. Finally, A CHILD waltzes up and takes my... order. Couldn?t have been older than 8 years old. I guess this place employs child labor. Finally place my order (#5 combo) andget upsold to large fries and large soda, but no cup was provided (I guess 8 year olds are forgetful). I didn?t have to waitlong for my order to be fulfilled, but that speed came at the huge cost of accuracy. What I got was a bland, lukewarm burger.The cheese wasn?t melted, and there was NO BACON! How do you mess that up? The ?large? fries left much to be desired, and wereice cold. I have no idea how that managed to go out. What is going on here?! Didn?t even bother to try to get a refund.Attempting so would mean standing around and then surely having to plead my case to an 8 year old. When I moved to Texas,everyone sang praises about how great Braums is. Maybe the ice cream is great, but their burgers and customer service are trash.I would not recommend anyone go here. Read more

Very cool place with fast food, ice cream, and groceries. I had the banana bread sundae which was delicious but a little on the... rich side. The place need a bit of housekeeping and cleanup. The staff was also very unfriendly and cold. As much as I like theconcept and the quality I was turned off by the service received. Read more

Wow...so disappointed. I am a fireman with 3 kids so we dont go out to eat much. Ordered a malt, 3 cups of random ice cream, a... mixer and a hot fudge sundae. We got most of it in this drink carrier, only the malt and one cup of ice cream came with a lid. I found this odd. Then when we got the mixer and sundae the lady put the mixer into a brown paper bag and kind of threw it tome me. I opened the bag and it was lying sideways with the lid off. After more investigation, the mixer was vanilla soft serve"yogurt" and exactly 2 oreos on top. Really disappointed. I was really excited and so was the wife but when we got everythingit was really sloppy....exactly zero TLC. Saturday night @ 7pm. If this was 10 minutes prior to closing maybe. We actuallywere talking about this might take bruams 20 minutes to make our order, they were busy and have never been known to me as fastas they cook to order. From order to us getting it was maybe 5 minutes. I can see why now. Been a Bruams customer for 20years! Really a bummer in my mind! Read more

Been going here a long time. Ice cream is always yummy & not overpriced. Employees are efficient & friendly. I always buy A2... milk from here. Excellent burgers, fries, chicken, burritos and other meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Read more
