Ordered on the app, told them as much at the screen and they told me to pull forward. 10 minutes later was asked to pay again at... the window. Told them I had an online order and already payed. They brought food back about 4 minutes later. It was thecompletely wrong order. Waved and knocked on window. Another 2 minutes to get their attention. She said to keep that andthey'd remake my order. Came back abiut a minute later with my food so I pulled ahead to park and eat. It was still not correctand had no napkins in either bag or the sauce I had on my order. First time in 10 years going, guess I'll try again in 10 more. Read more
Stopped in today to grab a quick bite to eat. Was greeted by a wonderful gentleman behind the counter! He helped me figure out... the app and was so patient and friendly the entire time! For MANY months now I drive 45 minutes one way to Rice Lake shopping and looking forward to TJ?s and this location always has... good food but never has hot sauce packs???? Totally ruins my meals as the other sauces just don?t make it taste close to as goodfor me. How can a taco place not have hot sauce for MONTHS on end?? And when they take my drive thru order and I ask for hotsauce they never say they are out until I get to the window and paid. Will start going to Taco Bell in the future. Read more
I haven't eaten at Taco John's in years! It was fine, what you would expect from a fast food taco place. I ate for $3 which made... it even better. Worker was friendly and food came quickly. Read more
Food was good. Service was ok. Michael is trying his best. But it took over 10 minutes to get a taco, ole, and a grilled chicken... burrito. While the drive thru is being served. Im inside being ignored?forgotten?. Tables had to be wiped off before seatingsame with the seats. Read more
I had the street tacos. They had good flavor but the three of them were crammed it a small package and were hard to sperate. I... ended up eating two of them together. They should find a better way to package them. Would not order them again until they do. Read more

They gave our order to the car in front of us, so we had to re-order at the pick up window. They were nice though.
