The customer service from this place is unreal. James and Nicole are awful employees and shouldn?t have a job there. Called in... to order a pick up and James acted like a mute and Nicole thought it was funny. I don?t know why this James guy is a generalmanager of a restaurant when he can?t even answer a phone properly or treat customers with respect. Nicole thought it was funnythat her manager ?offended me? but changed her tune when I said I would be speaking to someone else about this encounter. Pleasehire better staff. What a disgrace!
