Normally, I don?t buy coffee that is more expensive than a liquored drink but I have enjoyed Starbucks coffee a couple... times. Today I did go and but my favorite cold remedy. A drink called : ?Medicine ball.? It is Jade Citrus mint green tea witha little peppermint and a half lemon at the bottom. It is piping hot and it really makes me feel better when I have acold. By far the worst Starbucks I?ve been too. Every morning there is always a long line. I understand they only have 2 workers there... but Starbucks, do better. Don?t be overworking your workers. By 8am they have about 10 people working but they should have thatcoverage earlier in the morning. I?ve also placed mobile order with time and they still take long.. and they always are outthings. I am a fan of Starbucks coffee and visit this particular spot every time I want there coffee. Normally I go through the drive... through and have never had a problem. However today I went into the store. I was shocked at how FILTHY the store was especiallythe bathroom and floors throughout the entire place. Definitely won?t be returning! All of my drinks had no flavor! Both of The açaí lemonade tasted like straight water and a hint... of strawberry. Javachip frapp was the worst we?ve ever tasted! I enjoy this Starbucks it is close to my house. However when they want they prepare your coffee however they want. I am a... regular so I can tell when my coffee has not been prepared how I ordered it. This is like the third time in one month that theyprepare my coffee how they like. Today I told them. I asked for an extra pump of brown sugar syrup and my coffee had maybe onepump of regular syrup and something that look to be old coals foam since it was in clustards. I went back and told them that wasnot what I ordered, they took that one away and gave me something else that tasted better but not what I always order. They alsoleft whole coffee beans inside my coffee.Hiw disappointing that this isn?t the only time in this shop that they give me whatthey want not what I paid for. Read more
One word. SLOW. Maybe it's a new location with new workers, but the lines don't move, and it's been open for a while now. They... have you wait at the order window for about 7-10 minutes just to order, and then when you pull up to the actual window you waitanother 7-10 to pay bc there still trying to make the drinks. I always go to Starbucks and the lines move quite fast even thoughthe lines are long. NOT THIS ONE. The workers are just extremely slow. Not good for a coffee shop. On another note, they'realways talking to each other and from the window, it just looks like they're....slow. my spot for my espresso on the way to work!! the actual manager of the store is always on top of his staff for the most... expeditated orders out!! this place is always packed I'd say because they have great customer service! Always makes their drinkswith perfection. it is however best to order in advance since the drive-thru is small. Read more
