This store has been a disappointment always after a 15-25 wait just to find out there?s no... ingredients to what I want? the staff isn?t apologetic about it and they take sooooo long to get out of this unnecessaryline. I ordered a pink drink with soymilk. I knew when I saw it it wasn't going to taste good it looked like literally pure soy milk.... I asked really politely if they could give me a new one i literally felt so bad asking but im paying for something i want todrink and the girl gave me a nasty look. The new drink didn't even taste any better it almost tasted sour. Im never going tothis starbuck again. Read more
I always love Starbucks, holiday coffees, but the wait at this place is long. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 30... minutes to pick up my drink. granted this was on a Monday morning so it was pretty busy. Another thing I didn?t like was thatthe pastries are put into a basket which means that everybody has to sift through the basket, touching all the pastries over andover again looking for their name. Unsanitary. same with the drinks. There are so many drinks on the counter, that each personthat walks up looking for their drink, touches the other cups and even the lids. Again, unsanitary. The benefit to this locationis that there are a few other great places to visit right next door. Def a cop hangout! Read more

My husband am I came here this morning. We usually go through the drive through but we wanted to sit and enjoy. We walked in and... we were not greeted, there were about 5-6 employees and no customers in the dining area, no one in the drive through. Theemployees were all talking to each other. The girl at the counter never even acknowledged us and just kept talking. I reallythink customer service is a lost art and more companies need to make sure it?s their priority to train their employees to makesure the customer is welcomed and treated correctly!! We stood there for 2 minutes with no acknowledgement and walked out.Unbelievable!!!!! Read more
