We arrived & ordering went well. They were out hard seltzer drinks. The wine individual bottles were on counter warm. We got... semi chilled glass to pour it into-was beer style glass-not wine glass. Most of the tables in dining room were dirty! Whenemployees brought our order to table he passed our table to answer question of table next to us and dropped our pizza! This place is awesome. The inside is industrial, you can get a Large Pizza & Large Mojos for under $29.99. Pizza is good, though... I wish I didn?t have to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken even though there was no line. Besides that It?s very clean andthe game room is different from other Shakey?s game rooms I?ve been to. No tokens or tickets. You have to buy reloadable cardswhich start at $10.00. Each game costs $1.00 so swipe wisely. The person who helped us cash out was so sweet and engaging. Read more
My first time here, I give it star only because the chicken was good I recommend the papa's moyo were dry they were potatoe... chips. The service is quite slow, perhaps they are under staff. The pizza is pretty pricey. The arcade area is a mess nosupervision no staff making sure the un supervised kids respect rules and keep them from jumping on the games. I know it's theparents fault but there needs to be some one holding order, I had to be protecting my kid so he wouldn't be trampled by kidsrunning around they were literally on top of the games wrecking them. When it came to exchanging the tickets for prices wasanother problem I asked the person at the front if they "can please"send someone they said" yes, of course" waited 30 minuteswent again waited another 30 minutes it was ridiculous no one showed up.If you want to enjoy a good time with your kids stayaway from this location.
