I stopped by this location this morning after getting off the San Bernardino Train in Rialto a little after 10am when I arrived... it looked like it was never opened. I waited until 10:30 am and still no one had arrived. I later returned around 1pm and yetagain no one was there. Used to the door being locked. Pretty sure it shouldn't be but if the guys that work here don't want customers inside that's for... they boss or corporate to deal with. But today? I understand they were probably closed inside to order since it was 9:15pm. But since we were in an RV we were going ask if we... can still order. Horribly slow service! The place does not even deserve one star. Definitely not even worth the wait. I was in line for a whole... 30 minutes and that was just to place an order and drive through. I guess Rally?s is not used to having a rush of customers allat once? At least the cashier was kind. I definitely will not return. Do better!! Read more
