STAY AWAY! Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars on here as a rating... We showed up we're the only ones in line when a crowd... came in behind us. Somehow one of our pizzas got lost. After 40 minutes we told them to cancel the order and provide our moneyback. it's not the first time they take forever to place the order and wait for it, most of the the time the workers either lookdisinterested, lost, or confused. Honestly, the worst experience I?ve had at a Pieology. I was there for about an hr and half and an hr was waiting for my pizza... to be made and re-made because the first one was burnt. There were 4 associates working and not one was being fully productive.Some were cleaning, some were in the back. Our 2 pizzas were put in the oven and everyone went to the back and no employees wereto be seen, leaving the pizzas in the oven to burn. It took about 10 min to start the remake, the employees thought it was moreimportant to start making an online order when I was standing there in person with a bad pizza. When he started remaking it, hemessed that one up as well. They were not busy at all, so it wasn?t because they were overwhelmed with people. When our pizzawas finally made, they had customers waiting to be helped and the 2 guys in the front were doing other things like cleaning. I ordered in twice and every single time I have ordered a pizza with more than one topping it never comes with what I ordered.... The pizza is good but the order always comes out wrong so Its a huge issue. This pizza was supposed to have 6 ingredients. Read more
The best pizza in the state of California. Plain and simple. I'm from NJ and I've had some OUTSTANDING pizza from New York and... all over the east coast so you can say i'm pretty familiar with pizza. California isn't even close to the authenticity of thepizza usually but Pieology does the best. The staff at this location are very nice and helpful which makes coming here for yourfirst time much easier. You pick your toppings and sauces everytime so you can make it anyway you want which is so awesome. Thisis a must for anyone that love good food honestly. 5 stars are very appropriate for this place! Came in for a birthday lunch with a party of 6 and the service was incredible! Though they didn't know it was my birthday I felt... as though I got treated like a king. Christina and Chris worked phenomenally well as a team to knock out all 6 of our pizza's.Thank you Pieology team! Read more
