Just went to this establishment on Riverside avenue in Rialto for the first time. Ask many questions to the girl that was... servicing myself and a friend. The girl quite patiently answered all my questions. What the different plate options were, andwhat the items were that I was not familiar with. Restaurant was very clean and all the girls were very helpful and pleasant thefood was quite tasty. Overall a pleasant experience. Thought it was a little on the pricey side though. Read more

This is for management and corporate who will be reading this review about Chris (Manager) who?s on duty right now 7/10. I was a... customer just 25 minutes ago and you and your team who?s working the front are completely unprofessional and (RUDE) With theexception of the girl who initially took the order. (Management) you need to re-train, reprimand and reiterate the importance ofprofessionalism to (Chris) if he will be representing your restaurant moving forward. He was talking over me with a lack of carewhile informing him about my concern, he was completely passive about it and didn?t care to listen. Get some re-training actlike a manager and stop being RUDE to customers! And next time if someone asks what your name is, don?t say (it?s on my shirt)highly unprofessional type of behavior. Very small portions. Ordered double orange chicken and asked them to add a little more when I saw how little they had served.... They told me that that?s how their servings were and refused to put more. +$10 for small portions isn?t worth it. Read more

I typically order online to pick up for my family and they have been disappointing recently. Orders are often mixed up and the... portions are ridiculous. I got double black pepper chicken and it was barely enough for one serving! Not only that but it wasn?tthe same as other places. Too much sauce and barely any chicken in it. It tasted so bad I threw it out, and I never do that,especially when it costs so much. Find a different Panda. Read more
