Food is good just a little pricey
The broccoli wasn?t cooked fully. It?s cold. I got everything except my teriyaki chicken. I got a bigger plate and got two Beef... and broccoli, and Teriyaki chicken. We weren?t feeling so hot so I don?t want to go back to get it. Fail at this time. Read more
Orange chicken was mushy and cold and the bejin chicken was nasty it tasted like it gad under cooked flour, I bought 3 plates... for about 32 bucks,complete waste of money. This was not the first time this happened I decided to give it another try and thankyou I will never go back. Read more
I kid you not I been here like at least 5 times and if it wasn?t for a constant disappointment I would come back more often.... It?s been a total of 3 times that my order is wrong. I pay for it and they repeat my order and it?s good. I get home andeverything is wrong. The first two times I just did not want to drive all the way back and decided to let it go. This last timeI just had it. I went back and they did give me complimentary bowl. But I would never go through drive thru again!!!! If I wantto go there I just go inside and trust me you have to do the same unless you want disappointment when going thru drive thru. Read more
This is the worst Panda Express we went though the drive thru and ordered a plate with broccoli beef and when I opened my plate... there was about 6 pieces of broccoli and only 2 small pieces of beef. I then came back to request If they could switch out thebeef brocoli instead for honey walnut shrimp or get more meat so they refused to give me more beef or replace it and insteadgave me the honey walnut shrimp but charged me for it as a whole extra entree and on top of that charge me additionally for itbeing a premium entree which is not what I requested. I then asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude and said thatshe couldn?t replace it and I showed her the plate and she was extremely rude and he the worst customer service experience andtold me she could see there was about 5 pieces of beef and I told her to count them so she could see I wa snot lying but sherefused to count them and replace it. I just find it unfair they didn?t serve my food properly when it?s something I?m payingfor and on top of that they made me pay extra for tor a free just because they refused to replace something they didn?t doproperly on y order. This location is not good! Out of the 3 time's I've been here there's always something wrong. They either forget an item or give... you the last of an item just to keep the drive thru going. Today's experience was horrible but what else could I expect fromPanda Express. The Chow mein is mostly onions and cabbage and they only serve you enough for two bites. Waste of money and lunchtime.
