Horrible customer service. The app wouldn't take our breakfast coupon, even though it was well before lunch time. No help from... the girl taking our order. So we ended up spending over 10 bucks more than we should have. We stood and waited 26 minutes.Standing and waiting for almost a half hour. No apologies. We asked if our order had been forgotten and we were told they weretoo backed up with breakfast items. I've never been to a McDonald's and waited almost half an hour for an order. We finally getour food and coffee. There were zero napkins by the drink counter, so I had to go ask for those up at the front. No condiments.I asked for those, as well. The coffee was lukewarm. We assumed so because of how long the food took. The final straw was anentire sandwich was forgotten from our order. Never once were we given an apology or compensation for all this ridiculousness. Iwon't be returning to this location. I almost let it ruin my day, but my partner said we should just eat and go because we wereon our way to our anniversary getaway. Fast service, great quality good. However, I would say the gentleman passing out the food could do a little better in his... customer service. Other then that.. am likely to return! Read more

A lot of fast food restaurants have fallen short lately and don't care about quality. Unfortunately the McDonald's franchise... falls under that category. I asked for fresh I got dry burnt smelly food. Read more
It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The food is substandard at best. All the employees are cussing and grabassing... around. The cashier is lost and badly trained. The cooks burned the patties of my Double Quarter Pounder, not to mentionforgetting one of the parties. An overall disaster. Never again and I strongly suggest all to avoid this cruddy shack of spit. Just came back for a coke literally waiting 25 min and the place was dirty DONT GO HERE TRUST ME....This is the worst...
