The thing with this KFC, it's hit or miss. When the food is good, it's really good but when is bad it really makes it hard to... come back to this location. The service is hit or miss as well. Ordered food and my son decided he wanted his own fries after finishing order so i tried to order at the window and he said hold... on I have to ask then comes back and says I have to go around the drive through again just to order fries keep in mind there waslike only 2 cars behind me so I said forget that and just gave my son my fries that came with the meal and i didnt have fries. First, when I ask for a receipt, which I shouldn't have to, I want it then and when im charged. I don't appreciate being told,... "we will bring out the receipt with your food", but the reason kfc did this is because I ordered a 6 piece hot wings but kfccharged me for a 14 piece hot wing, if I would have been properly given my receipt, I would have disputed, but because jfcpulled some dumb, unprofessional scheme, I didn't notice until they brought my food with the receipt. You don't charge what youwant when a customer orders what they want and are paying for. This is a unprofessional, rude, annoying trick. Unsatisfied withthis service. The girl running the drive thru sucks, i just wanted to purchase 2 sodas and she told me to get back in line and there was no... line ! Surprisingly the food was really good. The mash potatoes were very tasty. I say that cause I often don't like the mash potatoes... at chicken restaurants, but theirs were surprisingly good. Read more
Do not stop by this place. Their food is nasty ???? and worse part they don?t do nothing about it. Last night I stop to get... chicken strips they were cold and hard, fries were soggy and cold paid 15 dollars for such a nasty food. I love KFC but neverwill stop at this particular location.! Their food is not bad, but what I liked the most is that they have very clean facilities and their employees are very polite.
