Well first I ordered online using postmates. I was picking it up myself. I sat and waited out the store for about 15min. I... received a text stating my order was ready and just let them know it is a pickup via postmates. It was not ready beause theyounge lady behind the counter said the ticket didn't print out. Thats all she said and all I could see is her trying to get itworked on I guess. So I said I will have a seat in here. I patiently waited another 15 min to be called and notice the peoplebeing served were all new people who came in. So I went to the counter and waited for someone, the same young lady came to thecounter waiting on someone else. She finished ringing them up and looked at me and went to look at some orderes. She broughtmind to counter. She said nothing until I asked why didn't she let me earlier since it's been ready. She just said she (hercoworker) didn't tell her it was done. REALLY REALLY I very disappointed. So I get home and the two sandwiches was just ok, itwas not what I ordered and paid for Go Figure!!!! One star is because my husband ate his sandwich.
