I like how convenient this place is. They have a website where you can place an order online and pay for it. Pick up is a... breeze. Sometimes you might have to wait when they're busy. Lunch and dinner time can get busy. I usually get the standard platewhich costs around $15. You get a lot of food that can be shared between 2 people. We came in last night as my husband loves Mongolian BBQ, and we decided to try it. Very disappointing, the kiosk ordering was... very difficult, there was NO customer service at all.. We waited over 1/2 hour for our food, and there were many people waitingand no one was getting their orders. As the food was ready it just sat there not being handed out. We had to ask for ours. Heordered extra beef and paid $2 for it, and did not get it. Neither of us got bean sprouts and we even paid extra for anotherVeggie. I paid $1 for extra cilantro and there were like 3 pieces. I ordered no noodles as I am gluten intolerant and the ricethey gave me was tiny, I asked for another since my husband had not gotten rice, and they charged me for it. The food portionswere ok, but the wait and lack of customer service were horrible. We waited so long we just ate what we got and didn't evenbother to complain as there were 8 other parties waiting as long too. Myself & my wife each ordered a combo meals.I had 2 meats and lot of veggies with medium spicy. My wife had 1 meat and veggies... and mild spice. Mine was definitely spicer than my wife?s. The employees add the items in the bowls behind glass and weight thenbefore sent to the Chef. The Chef prepares the contents and is served steaming hot. They come with a lot of noodles and morethan I liked. The portions were each big and neither of us could finish them. They had a big selection of drinks that was selfservice, including refills. Compared to the whole in the wall grills this place is absolutely top notch! Unlike others this place is almost completely hands... off. Yesterday was my first time trying. I like using the terminal to order, it gave me time to think about what I wanted. There was... a very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional ?cashier? assisting with the terminals. She even helped me pair myflavors!!! Considering it is all cooked fresher to order my order was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. The food wasdelicious and a ?single? lasted me two meals.
