Funny review ahead! Honestly, the drinks are fine. Don?t order coffee? but other stuff is fine. But? and this is a major BUT?... the service here is terrible and sweet at the same time? Every time we come here it?s clear the ladies working are friends,which is nice? but they never know what you?re asking for and seem to be distracted and ask the same questions over and over andstill give you the wrong drink. We ordered a latte and she asked if we wanted milk? in a latte? of course we want milk, it?s alatte. Then she didn?t include it on the order? and we had to go through the ordering process again. To their credit, weordered a slice of bacon for our dog and they only charged us a penny! However? that bacon WAS ice cold and the dog actuallyrefused to eat it????????. Kind people work here! I viewed the menu online before I got there to order. The Piña Colada smoothie that I wanted was discontinued! so I made a back... up decision. I ordered the Strawberries and Cream ice cream in the waffle cone but they had accidentally made me a smoothie. Iwasn't upset. they were confused (by my original choice, I suppose) and didn't charge me the difference so that was nice. Itdidn't have a many strawberries as the picture so that was a little disappointing. I ended up coming back after a movie anddinner at September's to get a milk tea + Thai tea for my friend. The drinks were good. This place was overall, alright. I'dcome back if I was in the area but it was a little disappointing. They do have a lot of choices on their menu so maybe anothervisit will redeem them. Read more
This is a typical big business boba/coffee spot. It has cheesecake and boba and coffee and a few salty goodies. But honestly,... the flavors of the shop are overwhelmed by the lackluster staff. They don?t look happy and they don?t acknowledge you while theyare busy. I guess I?m used to Starbucks staff saying ?Welcome? as you walk through the door. I stood at the counter for a solid3 minutes before staring at the girl behind the drive thru register until she told me ?I?ll be right with you.? I wasn?t tryingto stare to be rude just to get some attention as I wasn?t sure if I should hop back into the drive-thru line to receive someservice. Read more
This coffee/snack place is one of my go tos when I come to this plaza. Employees are nice & the spicy chicken torta is delicious... and reasonably priced. I also really like the matcha latte with boba. Highly recommend Read more
Coffee is good but the ice cream is even better! Absolutely must have the vanilla sunset in a waffle bowl or try the strawberry... fresas in a waffle bowl. If your looking for coffee then try the mexi mocha. Shout out to Alicia for the great service! Read more
Wanted to love this place. But after I asked them to fill my small honeydew melon smoothie to the top, they added large chunks... of ice. : / This after I was already informed that they were out of boba. What a jip! Read more
