Everything was fine until I got home and realized my order is wrong ???? I ate it and it was good as always.
Came here with my mother when she tried to order in Spanish on the drive thru she stop responding back. Then I tried to order in... English and she said ?is that a question?? I said ?no that is what I want to order.? Then she ignored me as well and wouldn?trespond back. About 5 minutes later and no cars In front she was still ignoring us. My mother pulled forward and then the ladytried acting like the victim. They never said sorry, just ask what sides we wanted by someone different. She did take thepayment but I had to get off the car to give her the debit card because she wouldn?t stretch her arm, even though my mother wastrying her best. Then slammed the window on me. My mother asked for the manager who was extremely rude as well. We were notasking for free food we paid for it. No apology from her either. She said sometimes you can?t here anything. So how come theyknew exactly what we wanted and a random person asked for what sides I wanted, you can?t do that if you can?t hear. Then tapher on the shoulder to ?comfort? her. For what? Comfort for being racists towards my mother? It?s one thing to say I can?t hearyou, can you pull forward and I?ll take your order. Or they can?t hear because of a car passing and would gladly repeat myself.But no! Just plain racism toward Spanish speaking people. Don?t allow your parents to shop at this horrible place. Read more
I went drive thru the other day around 10:30am and ordered a two piece mixed with drink. The service was unacceptable, the wing... piece was larger than the ugly drumstick that looked abused. I refuse to patronize a business that doesn't appreciate me as acustomer. Read more
The chicken sandwich that I ordered was bad and tasted old. It took us forever to get through the drive-thru line and they took... their sweet time making my order as my daughter sat in the backseat in the heat sweating like crazy. They acted like they didn'twant to be there and kept lounging around instead of rushing to make the meal. It seems as if they microwave stuff that has beenleft out for too long to try and heat it up and resell. They microwave the chicken sandwich and sold it to me after it hadprobably been sitting out for a while. I worked at Subway so I do know that you're not supposed to leave food out like that orreheat it. I also had my food handlers license and this churches went against every regulation of having a food handlerslicense. Someone really needs to check in to that Church's Chicken like a health inspector. Read more
Like always the chicken was hot, fresh and TASTY!! I love, Church's chicken. They have thee BEST fried chicken in Rialto!!... There's no competition. Only complaint, its a little pricey, but if it's for myself I dont mind spending my money. Read more
The drive tru intercom does not work you will have to yell loud for them to hear you order is been like that for a long time... they never fixed it. Every time i order tenders they are very small and overcooked they say they are fresh but are not if youneed an extra sauce they charge you for it. Customer service is not good the workers always look angry and fustrated. Read more
I was very disappointed in my meal that I spent almost $50.00 on. The chicken was burned and most likely cooked in old grease.... And the jalapeno peppers are just disgusting. I have been purchasing Churches chicken since it came to my state. But I'mthrowing in the towel, the only thing that was good was my strawberry fanta soda. I should have taken the food back but due tothe price of gas plus the heat. No more will I patronize this business. Read more
Chicken was fried real hard. Didn't have the churches flavor. The pieces was small. And they were over priced for what I got.... Only thing that was ok was the oakra was hot. Read more
