Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a... while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever haveI experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the wafflecone were hard as a rock, couldn?t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train youremployees on customer service. There was no name tags on the girls on the receipt it says Khalil but it was two Hispanic girls.Will try to contact corporate to resolve this issue because I doubt there?s even a manager on site.
