I ordered a carne asada burrito thinking that beans and all the other good stuff would come inside my burrito. Instead I got a... nasty burrito with carne asada and guacamole, ONLY. I usually love albertos but we went here today. The food had zero flavor. The salsa no flavor. The food that did have taste was... so bad. It was just cheese. They also gave us the wrong meat. I always buy food here and its really good. Today I felt like eating a carnitas torta I was eating it with such pleasure then I... felt what I thought was a bone in it so I take it out my mouth and continue eating. I got full and put the other half away forlater. Then as I go to eat it after a little while I open it and to my surprise what I thought was a bone ended up being half ofa toothpick. I called the place to let them know about it they did ask if I wanted to get another order but that wasn't thecase. I told them I wanted to report the incident that way they can be more careful while preparing our orders. This is my Go to place for Mexican food! I always get my usuals either a California Burrito with meat cheese and sour cream, or... carne asada fries with just meat cheese and sour cream (I will put them in the pictures below). They rarely mess up on myorders. Their customer service is A1 and they're always professional.
