Great little restaurant. This is authentic Mexican food that beats our bigger restaurants in the area.
Definitely a different flavor of Mexican food. The service was good, they do have a BYOB option with a gas station next door, so... that is nice. Our group all ordered something different, yet it all tasted kind of the same... However it did taste good, sowin-win? Might try it again, a little bit out of the way for me to be a regular. Very cute restaurant! I love the succulents everywhere! The staff was very friendly & quick. You are able to BYOB! (It's nice... there's a gas station right next door so you can grab a beverage there). I was a little disappointed in the brisket tacos asthere wasn't too much meat & was kind of dry. My husband got the El Jefe Parillada & we were impressed with how they presentthis plate. I tried most of his plate & it was good. Read more

We all loved the service,food and the atmosphere. The owners are adorable and polite. The restaurant is clean and comfortable.... THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!!!! YUMMY ????. Everyone needs to try this place. Fajitas for two is enough for 4 people. It comes withbrisket ; grilled shrimp, beef and chicken. Rice and beans. Cost $32.00. During the week they have lunch specials for $8.99. Asoft drink will be in a can,but they serve it with a glass of ice. It's BYOB. Read more
If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! I was a bit reserved when I pulled up and realized it was connected to a gas... station, but looks are very deceiving in this instance. Food is AMAZING! Atmosphere is relaxing and staff is friendly andattentive. I think I just found my new addiction. Read more
If you are in Rhome Texas and you're looking to have a good eating experience.? El sazon Tex-Mex has you covered. The quality... of food is very high. You arrived, chips and salsa come to the table, they also serve black bean dip, you like it spicy? Request a spicy salsa with your chips. We had the lunch special, the two tacos and the two tamale plates, were both very good. FYI if you're looking for a beer with your meal you'll have to buy it next door and bring bring it in yourself.
