I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in Rhinelander, Wi. In years but I decided to give them a try tonight. All I have to say is... I'm definitely going to order again ! Excellent help on phone & over the top friendly & polite delivery service!!!! Plus thePizza I ordered was made EXACTLY ???? % How I requested ???? Had a few encounters with this place. Had alright experience the first few times ordering from them, has gotten significantly... slower however. Would definitely order well ahead of time before actually expecting to have your pizza delivered. The food isexceptional but the service is lacking. Might be a shortage of staff or intense amount of orders, but the actual delivery timeversus the estimated time is a significant gap and very misleading and that's where I find dissatisfaction in it. Will orderagain, might be a few months however. Sidenote: the pizza just got here almost 30 minutes past expected delivery, and It wasbarely warm. Read more
The pricing is funky. I understand this is more of a corporate thing, but options included a large 3 topping for $10.99, or... there was also the Tastemaker deal of a large up to 3 toppings for $10. Also, if I remember right, the supreme used to havepepperoni and sausage, now it comes with the non-specific "beef" and "pork". Building a tastemaker and then paying extra forextra toppings got me a pizza with better toppings for less money than the supreme. Read more
Really off putting sweet smell when entering. Tables weren't wiped down properly. Staff were all wearing jeans and sweat shirts... as if they were part time mechanics. No professional appearances all around. Forks and knives had a layer of grease caked on. Itfelt like the cutlery needed a good scrub with an SOS pad. Staff were decent as most folk and delivered our pizzas to the tablebut again they weren't properly dressed. Wasn't a nice atmosphere BUT the pizzas were delicious. This is not a good dine-inplace. Their food is always amazing but besides from that me and my dad just ordered like 15 dollars worth of food but when the... delivery guy got here my dad had left already to get groceries and hadn?t left me money and I looked but couldn?t find any and Itold the delievery guy that I didn?t have any money and we could wait until my dad gets back and I could get him something whilewe wait but instead the absolute chad of a human being tells me it?s alright and gives me the pizza for free!
