I?m not one to complain, but this place is horrible! My drink never tastes like what I actually order. I finally found a decent... thing I like there- a simple hot latte. Ordered that today and big surprise, I?m driving along and take a sip of what tasteslike watered down coffee with a splash of vanilla. My breakfast sandwich came squished, I?ve gotten donuts in a bag upside downso the frosting all sticks to the bag (the little amount of frosting that?s even on them). I won?t be back. Terrible service. I couldn?t believe how rude the woman at the front was to my partner and I. We pulled in the disability... parking (my partner is disabled) and she told us to never park there again, without even asking if we had a plate or pass first.Didn?t even apologize when he explained that he was disabled. Who does that? Their food and coffee is always so inconsistenttoo, not worth it. I recommend supporting one of the many coffee shops around here instead. Read more

Doesn't offer enough sugar free flavors. Discontinued SF Toasted Almond, the only one I really liked. Online menu shows ZERO SF... flavors. Regular coffee is crazy expensive and doesn't taste that great. Ordered a latte once and got half a cup of coffeewith a little froth on top. Stopped going. Sad face. I loved the toasted almond frozen coffee in the Summer. Read more

Not a Dunkin person at all, but needed a quick caffeine infusion during shift. Ordered a hot chai tea latte which was just warm,... and also tastes awful. Maybe I'm just used to the Starbucks one? Regardless, not returning. Also, a $1 charge for non-dairy milkis insane considering the tiny amount that goes in a drink. Read more
