We have not been here and a while and I forgot how authentic their Italian really is. We started with the calamari. The marinara... was awesome as for the calamari itself it was just ok. Not much breading and super small and kind of tasteless. My son had aslice of mushroom pizza that was great. My wife got a calzone which was also very good. I had the fra dialvo which was awesome.Great sauce and a good sized portion. Overall we had a great dinner just the appetizer was the only let down. We will be backsoon for a meal. Read more

Some of the best Italian or pizza in the area. The non pizza choices on the menu are slightly more than what I was expecting to... pay by a few extra dollars but more than made up for it in flavor and huge portion size. Had ordered chicken parmesan dinner anda personal pizza. Pizza was nice and thin and sauce was really good. Read more
I dropped in one recent afternoon wanting to grab a bite to eat for a boring 90 minute ride home. I had just experienced a... frustrating trip to the kitchen supply store around the corner, so I was in the need for some kindness. It was after lunch andbefore dinner, but the workers assured me a quick take-out was possible. I ordered a yummy grilled cheese, tomato and baconsandwich. It was ready in about 5 minutes, ready to eat in the car without making a mess, and was delicious. The young woman whowaited on me was so helpful and kind. I will be returning for sit-down lunch or dinner the next time I 'm near Hyde Park! Read more

My family and I stopped at CJ's for dinner after a car show. The first thing that caught our attention when we walked inside was... the delicious aroma of pizza and Italian food. I ordered the thick and chewy personal cheese pizza, my dad and girlfriend gotthe vodka sauce over pasta, and my mom ordered the clam linguini. I was surely disappointed when my pizza did not even have anyflavor. The vodka sauce over pasta was very bitter and more acidic than expected, and it also tasted similar to "canned redsauce." Lastly, the clam linguini was overly watery, really mediocre. We wanted to grab a bite to eat quickly and that isexactly what we got. It's a nice little place to eat at, but I'm sad to say our first experience was a little mehh. Overallscore would be a 4/10 - The staff were friendly. Read more
Three quarters of the time get half of what I have paid for. Often let it go. When my salad and my dsesert did not arrive and... Samantha told me I was rude for asking for what I paid for I had a major issue. This is not the first time I did not get what Ipaid for but guarantee it is the last after 20 years of ordering .
