This location always has the lobby closed? No sign on the door as to reason. Google says that it is open. I would be leery... eating from this location. Even through the drive-through may be open. Who knows what?s going on inside. Read more

Latoya (the supposed current manager) needs to be FIRED. If you have an allergy, to ANY of the food (especially dairy) don?t go... here please. They have NO CONCERN for their customers? personal health issues and completely disregard it when they make amistake of giving you something that threatens your health. I called in to (politely) explain my issue and to see if I?d get areplacement before I drive all the way back there, and the manager ?Latoya? chose to start arguing with me about MY healthconcern instead of apologizing for the mistake and responding directly to my request. Ordered a ChKing meal with onion rings instead of fries and was told it's unavailable.. Then I asked if all chicken was... unavailable and was told it would be 8 minutes, I pulled forward to wait. Drove all the way home and find old soggy fries fromthe day before it seemed like. The chicken was cold, zero chance it was just made. Make sure you go inside and check the orderbefore you leave. I've been avoiding B.K. for awhile because I rarely have a good experience at any of the locations I go to... HOWEVER, I... decided to try this location because I love B.K.charbroiled burgers and was really impressed! The gentleman taking my order(manager I believe) Was very accomodating & friendly. Food was very good and the restaurant was really clean! & The doorswere unlocked which is great these days, especially when you drive an oversize vehicle that doesn't fit in the drive thru Read more

The croissantwich was okay. The croissant ended up a little soggy from being in the wrapper and the egg looked like a powder... one, as opposed to a fresh cracked egg. I had a $4 coupon; they ask for the 4-digit code at the drive thru so be ready. Read more
