Went through drive-through waited forever for service, once I got service, & received food it was ice cold when served. Typical decline of customer service all around. Ridiculous wait. Also they lock the 2nd door to the entrance. That way you can... check to see if the inside is open by opening the first door, waving your family in, only to find out the inside is closed. Allwhile employees on break in the parking lot watch you park, walk up to the door, and gather your family to go inside. Neverbothering to mention the inside is closed. Read more
Don't even know how this place has 2.5 stars. Waited at the order screen for 15 minutes and was told 2 times that they would be... right with me, that was a lie. Left the drive through because they wasted 15 minutes of my break. Food is mediocre at bestanymore and it's supposed to be convenient but at this point it's not. Don't waste your time going here. This is absolutely one of the top 3 worst burger kings I have ever been too. They honestly need to demolish it and build any... other fast food restaurant. The slowest service ever. It literally takes 10-15 per car in drive-thru. The dining room has beenclosed for 2 years. Don't bother going here unless you have 45 minutes to waste waiting on "fast food". Read more

Came in about 7:30. Got the sausage, egg, cheese meal. Cashier very pleasant a super sales girl.Nice. The croissantwich was... already on the bottom of the sandwich. Watched, no extra food made for quality. Garbage! When leaving about 45 minutes later,the sandwiches were still sitting on the warmer. Used the bathroom. Had a #2, but no toilet paper.
